What to know about contracts, accounts, and payment before your campaign starts

Review the contract terms on the Glow.B business site (biz.glowb.io) and sign them yourself online.
Ad creatives fatigue over time — the longer they run, the more audiences have already seen them, and performance drops sharply after about 3 months.
We recommend starting with 3 months and extending based on performance.
After the initial 3 months, review performance and extend in 3-, 6-, 9-, or 12-month increments.
Note that some creators don't allow permanent secondary usage, so please discuss this with us before recruitment begins.
You can sign up on the business site (biz.glowb.io). A business registration certificate is required at sign-up.
Campaigns are prepaid. You can pay by bank transfer (with a tax invoice) or by card. Both options are available on the Top up credits page in your campaign dashboard after logging in.
